POLICY: Independent review of mental health law in Scotland
RCN Scotland response to a review being carried out into the way mental health law is working in Scotland. This review was set up by the Scottish Government but it is independent from them. RCN believes that this legislation and other related Acts would benefit from a review and that this should take place with a human rights focus.

BRIEFING: The Immigration and Social Security (EU Withdrawal) Bill
On Monday 18th April 2020, MPs will debate the Immigration and Social Security Bill which seeks to repeal freedom of movement. We are using this opportunity to raise our concerns that the future points based immigration system will impact nursing and social care and to call on the Government to scrap the Immigration Health Surcharge.
