SUBMISSION: RCN Priorities for Investment Following Publication of HM Treasury Growth Plan

Following the publication of HM Treasury Growth Plan (23rd September 2022), the RCN outlines its priorities for investment. This includes better pay and working conditions for the nursing workforce, tackling rising health and care needs, and resolving much needed recruitment and retention issues. We also set out much needed funding settlements for public health and social care, alongside calling for a cross government health inequalities strategy.
