The 2023 RCN Employment Survey is now open and we need you to tell us about your current working conditions.
Every two years, we ask you about your pay and conditions, working hours and workload, experiences of workplace bullying and harassment, and how you feel about nursing right now.
The information you share will help shape the campaigning work we do on your behalf. Are you worried about money? Are you regularly working extra hours unpaid or working above your pay band? Have you been affected by long COVID? The more we know, the harder we can fight for you.
The survey is confidential and it’s open to all members. We want to hear from nursing staff and students in all four nations of the UK and in any sector and setting, so we can form a full picture of the challenges you’re facing and what matters to you.
Filling in the survey will only take 10-15 minutes. It’s open until 30 November.
