The RCN is contactable throughout this period from 8.30am to 8.30pm but at certain times there will a call back service. Please leave a message and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.

Here are more details:
• 24 December – normal service until 1pm. Any messages that come in after 1pm and before 4pm will be called back that day. Any after 4pm that will be called back the next day.
• 25 and 26 December – Call back service all day. Any messages left after 4pm will be called back the next day.
• 27 and 28 December - Office open until 5pm. Answerphone after 5pm and called back the next day.
• 29, 30 and 31 December Office open until 4pm. Answerphone after 4pm and called back the next day.
• New Year’s Day - Call back service all day. Any messages left after 4pm will be called back the next day.
