Transforming Nursing Practice Series is now available through the library.
The library has been negotiating for over a year to get access to the Transforming Nursing Practice Series of books published by Sage. In late December last year, the library was able to make this happen. Members now have access to the complete collection of 63 titles in this key student textbook series. Titles have already been included in the library subject guides and because of this deal new editions will be automatically available to RCN members as soon as they are published.
The publisher describes the series as ‘tailor-made for pre-registration student nurses, with each book in the series addressing a core nursing topic’, and quote that each title is mapped to the 2018 NMC standards of proficiency for registered nurses. They have been designed to be simple to use, quick to read and packed full of active learning features.
If for instance you want instant access to Clinical Judgement and Decision Making in Nursing by Mooi Standing or Evidence-based Practice in Nursing by Peter Ellis, just search for the title and click on the link.
