This online webinar aims to highlight the general principles of accountability and delegation of duties.
This webinar is suitable for all members of the nursing team: registered nurses, Health Care Support Workers/ Health Care Assistants, and pre-reg. nursing students working in the NHS or Independent Health and Social Care Sector. This event is organised by RCN Wales, but you do not need to be based in Wales to join us!

- Principles of Accountability
- Principles of Delegation
- How can we apply these in practice?
This webinar can be used as participatory learning for NMC revalidation

The closing date for applications: Friday 14 February 2025.
Cancellations received BEFORE 4.30PM FRIDAY 14 FEBRUARY 2025 will be refunded, minus a 25% administration fee. Regrettably, no refunds can be processed after this date. Places can only be substituted with the prior knowledge and agreement of RCN Events.
This event will take place virtually via a Microsoft Teams meeting. You do not need to have a Teams account to view the meeting, the internet browser on any internet enabled device should work - you can view the event via a web browser, (recommended on desktop or laptop for full functionality) and on a phone or tablet you also have the option of downloading the free Microsoft Teams app. You will be sent a confirmation email once you have booked your place, and the link to join the event 48 - 24 hours before the event start time.
