Join the RCN Greater Bristol Branch for an engaging day of learning and discussion designed to refresh your knowledge, broaden your professional understanding and keep you informed about the issues that matter most to nursing staff today.
This interactive CPD event will explore a range of important topics, including professional accountability, pain management, the RCN's Know Your Worth campaign and updates from the independent health and social care sector.
Whether you're newly registered, an experienced professional or currently studying, you'll leave with practical insights and knowledge that can support your everyday practice.
Alongside the educational sessions, you'll also be invited to attend the RCN Greater Bristol Branch AGM, hear about the branch's achievements over the past year and vote for your branch committee representatives - or become one yourself. Have your say on the future of your branch
As part of the event, members will receive an update on branch activities, achievements and future priorities. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in the branch executive committee election and help shape the future direction of the branch.

Would you like to become more involved in supporting colleagues and representing nursing in Greater Bristol?
The branch executive committee is currently seeking expressions of interest for a range of roles, including:
- Chair
- Secretary
- Treasurer.
There are also opportunities to lead on areas that matter most to you, including equity, diversity and inclusion, students, nursing support workers, learning events, communications and member engagement.
No matter your background or experience, if you're passionate about making a difference for RCN members, your branch would love to hear from you.

Applications received in advance will take precedence over nominations made verbally on the day.
Who should attend?
This event is open to registered nurses, midwives, nursing support workers, nursing associates, trainee nursing associates, health care assistants, assistant practitioners, student nurses and student midwives.
Places
Places are limited to just 40 attendees, so early booking is recommended.
