Choose event information:
Centring the voices of those most affected by Long COVID, this virtual seminar honours lived experience, highlights workforce impact, and challenges systems that exclude or disadvantage people living with ongoing illness.
Drawing on learning from Module 3 of the UK COVID 19 Inquiry, it will explore gaps in workforce protection revealed during the pandemic. The seminar moves beyond awareness to focus on practical, compassionate solutions that support safe return to work, sustained adjustments, or alternative pathways for those who cannot return.
It also showcases the RCN’s support for members with Long COVID, including welfare advice, representation and guidance on reasonable adjustments.
