As well as read our publication there are lots of small, but impactful changes that our members and their colleagues can make in the workplace to help make parity a reality. These include:
- Asking all of your patients this week how they are doing both physically and mentally
- Setting up a working group of like-minded staff to support wider change in the workplace
- Becoming aware of supporting services in your community for referring patients to
- Identifying healthy interventions to improve overall health and wellbeing
