A Competency Framework for Rheumatology Nurses: evaluation documents

These documents are editable versions of the templates you can use to record your competency as part of your professional and personal development.

They should be used in conjunction with the first edition of the RCN’s Competency Framework for Rheumatology Nurses (2020) as guidance which includes advice on the assessment process and on providing evidence.

You can now complete these forms electronically. Please note that depending on how much information is typed in, your text will shrink slightly to fit the form fields. Any competencies that don't apply can be left blank and discussed with your assessor.
