The RCN Demonstrating Value masterclass is designed for health and social care staff leading service transformation and improvement.
In challenging financial times, it is important to demonstrate the value of services and make well-informed decisions about their sustainability, development and transformation.
This one-day masterclass focuses on enabling strategic and operational decision making based on the best available evidence through the application of the principles of economic assessment in practice. It will provide a broad understanding of principles of economic assessment; and how they inform service transformation and improvement.
What will I learn?
At the end of the masterclass participants will:
- understand the principles of economic assessment and the tools and techniques used to apply them in practice
- understand how to be an effective champion of economic assessment within an organisation and realise its potential.

- 11 October 2024 virtual delivery
