Are you currently registered with the NMC and in practice?
Sorry, you are not eligible for this credential. You must have live registration with the NMC and be in current practice to apply.
Are you a prescriber with a qualification recorded by the NMC?
Sorry, you are not eligible for this credential. To apply for credentialing you must have prescribing rights and be prescribing in practice.

Do you have a senior colleague or employer who can confirm your current job plan?

Do you have a senior colleague who can provide a clinical reference?

Can you confirm that you are not under investigation by the NMC and/or your employer?
Unfortunately you do not meet the pre-qualifying criteria, see the handbook for more information
Do you have a full Msc in advanced practice, or full Masters with a clinical focus?
You can still apply if you don't have a full Master's but are currently working at an advanced level. We have transitional agreements in place until 31 December 2021.
Once you've gained the credential you will not need to complete a full Master's in the future to keep the award. If you are applying under the transitional arrangement you can continue to payment
