By participating in this survey, you will contribute to a comprehensive understanding of our members priorities on pay and industrial action, you are helping to ensure that our union’s approach reflects the views and priorities of our members.

Your participation is voluntary. Responses you provide will be stored securely in the RCN’s internal systems and may be accessible to authorised staff, including IT administrators, for the purpose of managing and supporting those systems. No personal data will be shared with your employer or any third party. If you express interest in becoming a Voting Volunteer, your contact details will be used by RCN staff to follow up with you.

Survey results will be used in aggregate form to inform internal planning and advocacy around pay and industrial action, your individual responses will not be used to identify you in any analysis. Data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil these purposes and in line with our data retention policies.
