The Welsh Government would like your views on proposals to amend the Infant Formula and Follow-on Formula (Wales) Regulations 2020.

They are consulting on plans to introduce domestic legislation to:

• amend the Nutrition (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 (S.I. 2020/1476)
• update the domestic enforcement regime
