The RCN Cancer Forums Expert Representatives work with the RCN Cancer Forum Committee, they provide wide clinical expertise and specialism to help make sure nursing practice in cancer care, nursing policy and research expertise is appropriately profiled.

Lauren Dollive

Lauren Dollive

Currently Macmillan Personalised Care Transformation Lead for SYB Cancer Alliance, Lauren brings over two decades of invaluable expertise to her role. Specialising in oncology and cancer care as a Macmillan professional Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), she honed her skills and knowledge in this field.

Lauren's academic achievements include a Master of Science in Advanced Clinical Practice from Sheffield Hallam University, solidifying her expertise in cancer care. Additionally, her Diploma in Leadership and Management equips her with the necessary skills for effective leadership in healthcare settings.

Transitioning to general practice in 2018, Lauren expanded her focus to encompass women's health, oncology, audit, service improvement, digital healthcare, and change management. Her role in senior clinical capacity within primary and secondary care underscores her commitment to enhancing healthcare services and driving innovation in patient care.

Returning to cancer services in 2024 with renewed passion, Lauren is dedicated to enhancing personalised care across the cancer pathway within primary and secondary care. Her multifaceted experience, coupled with her genuine commitment to the NHS, positions her as a driving force in healthcare innovation.
