Fraser's story
Fraser has worked in the care sector in Scotland for 21 years, progressing to his current role of regulatory compliance manager. He was diagnosed as dyslexic in secondary school and because of his own experiences, has a keen eye for ensuring that training is inclusive.

- Adjustments during training and recruitment can help keep great care workers in the sector.
- We all have strengths and identifying these can help us grow in confidence and find the right role.
