Sometimes everyone experiences problems in their relationships. Here at the RCN Counselling Service we understand that a relationship difficulty, divorce or family conflict can have a detrimental impact on your mental health and wellbeing and can impact on your work life.

At the RCN Counselling Service we understand issues like workplace conflict and bullying and harassment. We can support you explore these issues and create strategies with you to address the difficulties you may be facing.

You can talk to us about any relationship problem you may be having. We can help you to explore in more detail what is going on for you, and help you to think about what steps you might want to take to improve your situation. Please note the RCN Counselling Service does not offer couples therapy. You may wish to access this through Relate.
