The RCN Scotland response to the Liberal Democrat mental health summit call for evidence
The RCN believes that Scotland requires a more long-term approach to ensuring skilled staff and sufficient resources are in place to ensure genuine parity between physical and mental health services and to improve outcomes. This response addressed issues around the challenges and solutions to improving mental health and the opportunities presented by the integration of health and social care.
