POLICY: Nursing Leadership in Integration - Report on how we are responding and engaging as nurse leaders

An RCN Scotland report from six workshops with senior nurses on responding and engaging with the integration agenda across Scotland.

This reports sets out the key finding from a series of workshops for senior nurses by RCN Scotland, with sponsorship from the Scottish Government.  Participants were able to discuss the implications of integration for the profession and to share their experiences and ideas in preparation for the Public Bodies Act being enacted in April 2015.With the growing realisation of the very short timescale within which to influence and as a consequence of working together, individuals left the workshops more resolute to be additionally proactive in many ways.
