POLICY: The transformation of adult mental health care in Scotland: Learning from the past to support integration reform
18 November 2016
Lessons for leaders in integrated services, from the experience of transformational change in mental health services over recent decades.
With a strong drive in Scotland towards person-centred, integrated health and social care in the community, RCN Scotland believes there are lessons to be learned from the past experience of transformational change in mental health services. This paper is designed to help decision makers as they plan for mental health and other services in an integrated future, and identifies some key enablers of change.
