PARLIAMENTARY BRIEFING: Scottish Conservatives debate: NHS in Scotland 2 November 2016

On 2 November 2016, the Scottish Parliament debated a Scottish Conservatives motion on the NHS in Scotland. The RCN provided a briefing for MSPs setting out the organisation's position on some of the pressing issues. 

The RCN believes it is time for there is an urgent need for a different dialogue with the public and from politicians in the face of the challenges our health services are facing. The Scottish Government needs to plan the future now with the public, patients and all health and social care professionals in order to create sustainable services that deliver quality of care for patients.
