Throughout May 2022 and May 2021 RCN Wales have held a series of hour-long webinars looking at different aspects of leadership in nursing, with a number of speakers sharing their leadership experiences. To mark Black History Month 2020, RCN Wales held a webinar to talk about the nature of race, racism and structural discrimination and inequality across the nursing profession. This event was originally held online on 12 October 2020.
