RCN Wales supports a number of scholarships and awards to provide professional development opportunities for nursing professionals.
Betsi Cadwaldr Scholarship Foundation Award
This award celebrates individuals who have achieved excellence in their field of nursing.

The Dame June Clark Travel Scholarship, in association with RCN Wales
This scholarship supports nurses who wish to participate in non-UK study visits or attend international conferences.

Alun Islwyn Giles Nursing Scholarship
This scholarship is for the promotion and advancement of the science and art of nursing in Wales and is open to RCN members working in Wales who hold a statutory qualification in nursing.

Hettie C. Hopkins Care of the Elderly Nursing Scholarship
This scholarship is open to RCN members practising in Wales who work with the elderly and who wish to pursue a project or course of study associated with the care of the elderly.
