RCN Northern Ireland Nurse of the Year

The RCN Northern Ireland Nurse of the Year Awards have been running since 1997. They provide the opportunity to highlight excellence within nursing in Northern Ireland and the contribution that nursing staff make to the health and well-being of the people of Northern Ireland. Despite a challenging environment, nurses in Northern Ireland continue to lead the way in delivering high quality, innovative and person-centred care. They also play an important role in contributing to and leading service transformation.
