Celebrating success... Alcohol care in Sheffield
Sheffield’s Alcohol Care Team is a newly developed service which provides support to patients with alcohol dependence; reducing repeat hospital stays and improving lives. Now they are celebrating winning two awards from their trust, Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Congratulations and good luck to Win
Win Walker, Steward and Learning Rep at Leeds Teaching Hospitals, retires this month after after 49 years of service. She has been a rep for around 20 years providing invaluable help and support to members at the Trust. Thanks for all your dedication Win – enjoy a long and happy retirement!

Strike action for fair pay continues into 2024 at the Care Plus Group
Members of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) employed by Care Plus Group (CPG) are taking a week of industrial strike action from Monday 8 January 2024. They will be striking for five days from 7.00am on Monday 8 January to 8.00am on Saturday 13 January 2024 (inclusive).
