RCN Congress
This year, we’re taking Congress to south Wales. Join us at the ICC Wales in Newport from 2 to 6 June.
Network, learn, develop, debate
Congress is the ultimate opportunity to network with peers, hear from exceptional keynote speakers and take part in hot-topic debates about the issues affecting the nursing workforce.
Plus, with a dynamic learning and wellbeing programme, exhibition and scenic woodland location, you’re sure to leave Congress feeling enriched and inspired.

Getting to Congress
Congress 2024 takes place at the International Convention Centre Wales, better known as the ICC. It’s reachable by car and public transport. Accommodation is limited, so book yours early.
See our progress
See the progress we've made against the discussion items our members passed at Congress 2023.
As ever, it was a broad and far-reaching agenda, with issues including corridor care, LGBTQ+ hate crime and health care provision for refugees and those seeking asylum.
RCN Congress is a unique opportunity for nursing staff from every part of the UK to come together, learn from each other and engage with the College and its partners. Join us in Wales to help shape the future of nursing.
